Yes, please set me up so my tours can be booked online through Shoretours.com. I understand that customers will not purchase the tours from Shoretours.com but this service is just a pass-through process that allows me to logon to a secure site to get the traveler's name, information and credit card information so I can setup the booking for the customer. I also understand that there is no charge for this service unless a non-WWAC™ Card Member purchases a tour from me by using the Shoretours.com website. In that situation I must pay a 8% commission to Shoretours.com.

Contract / Agreements
1.		I agree to honor the discount percent I have indicated above when a WWAC Card Member purchases a tour from my company.
2.		I agree that when a tour is purchased from the shopping cart service on the Shoretours.com website by a individual who is not a WWAC Card Member, I will pay 8% commission monthly to Shoretours.com for those sales.
3.		I agree to provide a link on my website that will point back to Shoretours.com. (if you entered "NONE" in the website box above, leave this unchecked)
All providers of shore or port/destination tours, services, and products reasonably available activities, or products who participate (the participant) in the World Wide Activity Card™ (WWAC™) following customary, usual and prudent business practices until December 31, 2006. Liability Insurance for Tour/Service and customer. Participants will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Shoretours.com against any and all claims that may be brought or asserted by a member, in connection with any shore or port/destination tour, service, or activity in which a member participates.
